Infused with Reiki ‘universal life energy’ we sow the seeds of our intentions into our gift with caringly placed hands and touch, focussing us for the weeks ahead! Promoting emotional release, increased sensation and awareness and awaken a deeper sense of connection to our surroundings, with others, seeing things a new, brighter, richer, more vivid and recognising the springtime beauty all around
