MODULE 1: ADJUSTMENTS & ASSISTED POSTURES
– Theory: Exploring blocks, straps and bolsters prop supports to help adjust postures. Assisting postures with hands on support with alignment
– Practical: Demonstrating use of props, supports, adjustments and assisted postures through breathwork, meditation, asana sequencing and relaxation techniques
MODULE 2: PREGNANCY YOGA
-Theory: Exploring how to create welcoming and safe space for mums to connect with their growing baby, other mums to be and embrace the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy.
-Practical: Demonstrating adapting meditation, breathwork, asana and relaxation for the different elements of Pregnancy Trimesters and providing techniques and postures adjusting to specific needs.
MODULE 3: YOGA FOR SPECIAL NEEDS & ELDERLY
-Theory: Exploring contraindications and safeguarding with the supports of chairs, blocks, straps, props in workshop demonstrations.
-Practical: In groups adapting and leading a yoga exercise. Together we will join in with your exercise and can offer constructive feedback.

MODULE 4: POST NATAL & BABY MASSAGE YOGA
-Theory: Exploring the different elements of Babies Development and Post Natal Recovery. Learning to apply different Yoga and Massage techniques to help both mum and baby develop in harmony. Nourishing postnatal yoga to help with any common postnatal ailments and postnatal recovery. Encouraging good posture, the strengthening of different areas of the body safely, including the deep core and pelvic floor muscles and realignment after pregnancy.
-Practical: Demonstrating positive touch, with movements that are sensory to songs and rhymes, helping to promote positive interaction and brain development as well as language skills
MODULE 4: CHILDREN & TEENS YOGA
– Theory: A fun exploration into yoga with games and stories. Playing with breathing, body exercises and meditations to strengthen our concentration, self confidence and promote balance. Exploring partner work and games to feel the positive effects of yoga!
– Practical: In groups creating lesson plans, adapting and leading a Yoga Game/Sequence for Teens or Children.

What makes REWILD Wellbeing unique?
We are not your ordinary Yoga Teacher! We offer a holistic toolkit of different wellness modalities to integrate into your self care practice. Wellbeing isnt singular! One way doesn’t work for everybody and we teach people to take what they need based on how they feel and what they need at the time. We need different things on different days and we can train you and show you how you and your future clients and communities can use these methods to create their very own health toolbox! People want their own personalised journey, a bespoke framework so they can be self reliant and ‘pull the leavers’ when they want, how they want. In the society that we are living in today the importance of rest to reset from all the digital burnout, guilt from not being productive can be a drain on our mindy body and emotions. One way will not be the ‘magic silver bullet’ to fix all our problems but recharging, realigning and getting back to nature, to our natural rhythms and cycles, rewilding will send us on our way….
