CRYSTAL HEALING is a beautiful gentle wellbeing practice to ground ourselves, create balance and through meditation and dowsing ask questions to receive guidance. Focussing on the dazzling colours, textures and vibrations of these precisely placed jewels on the body, in our pockets, on jewellery, in our surroundings or with sacred geometric grids we can connect our mind, body and emotions in harmony. These shining precious stones can align the body, stimulate or calm overactive or underactive bodily systems and organ functions and allow our chakra vitality to flow. TAROT Connecting with the art of Tarot we lay our unconscious cards on the table for us to see clearly and process our thoughts, emotions, practice being still and listening to our inner wisdom. Drawing Tarot cards we rediscover aspects of ourselves we may have overlooked, allowing us to accept and break any patterns that no longer serve us and transform, set intentions and give purpose and direction for the days ahead.
